“STRONG WOMEN RISE AGAIN”

“Strong women never give up. We might need a coffee, a cry, or even a day in bed, but we always come back stronger.”

There is a misconception that strength means never breaking, never slowing down, never shedding a tear. But true strength is not the absence of a struggle, it’s the refusal to stay down when life tries to pin us there. Strong women are not those who never get tired; they are those who know when to rest, when to release, and when to rise again.

There are days when the weight of responsibilities, disappointments, or heartbreak feels too heavy to carry. On those days, a quiet cup of coffee, a private cry, or even a day under the covers may be exactly what your soul needs. Rest is not failure. Tears are not weakness. Processing is not quitting.

Even Jesus rested. Even Jesus wept.

God never asked us to be made of steel ~ He asked us to be made of faith.

A strong woman is one who knows when to fight and when to retreat into God’s arms. She may bend, but she doesn’t break. She may pause, but she doesn’t quit. She may cry in the night, but she will rise with renewed strength in the morning. Because she knows her strength is not her own. It comes from the Lord.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” Proverbs 31:25 (NIV)

This verse is not saying she never faces hardship. It says that, even after hardship, she walks in strength and dignity. She laughs at the future, not because it’s easy, but because she knows who holds it.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for being my strength when I am weak. Thank You for understanding my tears and meeting me in moments when I feel like I cannot go on. When exhaustion weighs heavy on my spirit, please remind me that rest is not defeat. When my heart aches, let my tears be seeds of healing, not shame. Renew my strength like the eagle’s, revive my courage, and restore my joy.

Help me rise again, not in my own power, but in Yours. I declare that I may have paused, but I have not given up. I am coming back stronger, wiser, and more anchored in You. In Jesus precious name I pray, Amen and To God Be The Glory!

With love and prayers,
