Have you ever seen a dog run with wild joy once the gate swings open? No hesitation. No fear. Just pure freedom, ears flapping, heart pounding, legs flying. What if that is how God intended us to live?
We often treat life as though we’re stuck behind walls of fear, of failure, regret from the past, guilt, shame, or simple complacency. But what if I told you…the gate is already open?
Jesus Himself opened it.
“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” John 8:36 (KJV)
Christ didn’t die so we could live cautiously. He didn’t rise from the grave so we could stay trapped in one. He gave us access to joy, purpose, boldness, passion, and Kingdom influence. Yet too often we live like prisoners in a yard with no locks.
To live life like someone left the gate open means:
• Run toward your calling without hesitation. Stop waiting for perfect conditions. If God opened the door, go through it!
• Live unashamed of your faith. Don’t hide what God has done for you. Testify with boldness. Shine like you’ve been set free ~ because you have!
• Let joy be loud. Heaven celebrates. So should we. Smile like grace is real. Laugh like redemption is yours.
• Refuse to stay bound by what God already broke. Chains of addiction, insecurity, depression, doubt ~ they don’t own you. You are not fenced in anymore.
God doesn’t just allow freedom ~ He commands us to live in it.
“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free…” Galatians 5:1 (KJV)
So today live spiritually, emotionally, mentally free, and stop pacing behind barriers that no longer exist ~ The gate is open ~ Now run.
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the freedom You have given me through Jesus Christ. Forgive me for the times I have lived small, scared, or stuck when You already opened the way for me. Today, I choose to run boldly into the purpose You have for me. Fill me with courage, joy, and Holy Ghost fire. Help me to live fully awake, fully alive, fully surrendered like someone who knows the gate is open and victory is already mine. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray,
Amen and To God Be The Glory!
With love and prayers,
