How do I place an order online? As you browse, you can select items you wish to purchase by clicking the Add to  Cart  icon. When you're ready to check out, simply follow the easy instructions provided.

I added products to my shopping cart, but they are gone when I go to the  cart or to checkout, what is wrong? Occasionally, some browser settings may interfere with website session information. To prevent this, it is recommended to add to the allowed sites list in your web browser.

Internet Explorer users: Click Tools, Internet Options. Click on the Privacy Tab. Under the Privacy Tab, click on the Sites Button. Under [Sites], in the "Address of website" (narrow) box, enter, then click the Allow Button. The list titled "Managed websites" should now show - Always Allow.

Firefox users: These settings are located under the preferences menu (Linux & Mac) or options menu (PC). Select Privacy and click the Exceptions button to manage sites in this way.

Why do you charge shipping and handling? The shipping and handling charges that you pay cover the processing, packaging and delivery of your order to one US address. Shipping and handling rates apply to MERCHANDISE TOTAL ONLY.

Why do you charge tax on shipping and handling? Shipping and handling does not reflect actual freight charges and therefore is a taxable item in most states. Each state rules on this separately and we abide by the rules of each individual state. For more information, contact the Department of Revenue.

Why do you charge tax in my state? Several states have requested that we withhold and remit State Tax back to them. We abide by each state's decision, even though it is not in our best interest to do so. Collected tax is remitted to the Department of Revenue under the name of RNRH Publishing LLC.

Can I order from Roberta Heck Ministries Gift Shop if I live outside the US? In addition to the US, we also ship to addresses in the US territories, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. Prices are quoted in US dollars and must be prepaid in US funds. Allow two weeks for delivery.

Do you gift wrap? At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, you can include a personal gift message with any order you place.

What payment options can I use when placing an order online? We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Is it safe to use my credit card when ordering from your website? Absolutely.  Your payment will be processed by  PayPal a hugely popular Secure Online payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our site. .

How can I check on the status of my order? Click the Order Status link at the top of the site and provide the requested customer information. You can also e-mail our customer service department at or call   609-200-0305 to receive information about your order.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order? We promise complete satisfaction! So, if you are not 100% delighted with an item, return it within 30 days, and we will exchange it or refund your money... we will even reimburse return postage expenses. Contact us by e-mail ( or by phone (609)-200-0305.
